AJ Therapy Center ("AJ Therapy," "we," "us") operates clinics in West Tampa, Town 'n' Country, and St. Petersburg, Florida. It does not cover the clinical health records created during your treatment — those are governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, provided in person at your first visit and available on request.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share this information only with the messaging platform that delivers our texts, and only to the extent necessary to send them.

Third-party services
